Resolved Question: Sending back a product (from ebay)?

I recently ordered an xbox controller off ebay. The item ended up being damaged, I talked to the seller and he said just send it back and I will be fully refunded. The problem is I'm not sure how to send it back. In other words I don't know what to right on the box and stuff. (im 16 btw) This is what he wrote: Would you please kindly return the item and all original packaging and accessories to us via USPS? We suggest use USPS flat mail. Could you please note on the package of the RMA number ( 201201020001851 ),and the reason ( right joysticks not work) of return?
